Washington University’s Clinical Genomics Laboratory provides quality care with expert genomic services from chromosome to base pair.

Our professional team is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art facility to fully assist with prenatal, constitutional, and oncological disease.

Beyond traditional clinical services, the team is a major collaborator of international, multicenter clinical trials such as those with the Childhood Oncology Group (COG), Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB), Genetic Testing Reference Material Program at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CSLI) and DECIPHER (Database of Chromosomal Imbalance and Phenotype in Humans using Ensembl Resources).

Though certified by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement ACT (CLIA) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the team goes farther by utilizing shorter turnaround times, more automation technology, and finer test resolutions than what is typically available.
